WhatsApp Conversations
To use WhatsApp messaging, you'll need to subscribe and pay a monthly fee of $29.99. This is a base subscription that gives you access to the WhatsApp feature.

You are charged per WhatsApp conversation in addition to the monthly fee, see table below for rates. A "conversation" is a 24-hour chat session between your business and a lead/customer on WhatsApp. It starts when you send the first message, and ends 24 hours after the last message was sent.
- Example: 100 US Based Marketing Conversations = $3.16 in usage fees
- Total (for the month): $29.99 + $3.16= $33.15
You can enable WhatsApp Conversations by going to Settings > WhatsApp and connecting your WhatsApp Business Account.
There are two conversation types:
- Marketing Conversations: Used for promotional messages, product or service announcements, retargeting campaigns, and cart abandonment reminders.
- Utility Conversations: Used to provide information requested by users, such as order updates, delivery notifications, and payment reminders.
All fees are billed directly to the card on file.
