Zoom Sync Checklist
- Go to Settings → My Profile
- Scroll to "Video Conferencing"
- Click "Add New"
- Hit "Connect" next to Zoom

- Under Meeting Location, select Zoom as your default option
- Adjust your available hours to match your real schedule
