Step 1: Open the Import Survey

Access it from the OS chat widget under:
Tasks → Onboarding Checklist → Import Survey

Step 2: Fill Out All Sections

Provide key info like your domain setup, calendar details, email templates, and any funnels, forms, or contracts you want imported.

Step 3: Submit and Confirm

Review your answers and hit submit. Once received, our team will begin building out your OS within
3–21 days based on your setup complexity.

We’ll bring over the essentials to get your OS system fully functional:
  • Contacts – All of your existing contacts
  • Calendars – Up to 5 calendars
  • Funnels – Up to 3 funnels from click funnels
  • Pipelines – 1 pipeline
  • Domains – 1 primary domain
  • Email Templates – Up to 5 templates
  • Google My Business – Connected
  • Stripe – Connected for payments
  • Instagram & Facebook – Connected
  • Phone Number – Set up for calls & SMS

🚫 What We Don’t Import (by default)

To keep things streamlined, the following are not included unless arranged separately:
  • More than 5 calendars, 3 funnels, or 1 pipeline
  • Multiple domains or subdomains
  • Advanced funnel logic or third-party automations
  • Full website rebuilds
  • Custom-coded assets or legacy software data
  • CRM systems outside of ClickFunnels/Kajabi (unless scoped)
