Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account to OS to unlock powerful social tools—like automated DMs, comment replies, and post scheduling. This step-by-step ensures everything is synced through Meta Business Suite so your social media and CRM are working hand-in-hand.

Integration Checklist

đź”— Step 1: Connect Instagram to Facebook

  • Log into your Facebook Business Page
  • Click on "Meta Business Suite"
  • Select "All Tools"
  • Click "Page Settings"
  • Choose "Linked Accounts" from the left sidebar
  • Click "View" under Instagram
  • Click "Connect Account"
  • Then click "Connect" again
  • Enable "Allow Access to Instagram Messages in Inbox"
  • Click "Confirm"
  • Log into the Instagram account you want to connect
  • Click "Done"

⚙️ Step 2: Connect Inside OS

  • In OS, go to "Settings" > "Integrations"
  • Click "Connect" under Facebook & Instagram
  • Click "Continue"
  • Click "Continue as [Your Name]"
  • Open the dropdown
  • Select the Facebook Page to connect
  • Make sure the Instagram icon with a green check/exclamation appears next to the Facebook Page
      • → (If not, return to Facebook and confirm your IG is connected)
  • Click "Connect Facebook & Instagram"
