☐ Confirm that all automations or integrations (if any) are working
☐ Make sure your user role has proper access to submit and view requests

☐ Know what each stage means: New Request → In-Progress → Collaboration → Review → Complete
☐ Use this to track progress and know when your input is needed

☐ Go to the “Client Projects” tab
☐ Click "Add Request" and select the right category
☐ Fill out task details clearly and submit your request
☐ Confirm the request appears in the "New Request Submitted" column

☐ Click into any project to open the discussion thread
☐ Use comments to ask questions, share feedback, or respond to team updates
☐ Keep all communication in-thread to avoid confusion
