Transitioning to Chat Widget for All Communication
To streamline support and ensure everything is properly tracked and accounted for, we’re moving all communications exclusively to the Team OS Chat Widget. This shift eliminates scattered threads and missed messages, making it easier for both of us to track issues, get real-time support, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This is live and ready for use—just jump in anytime, and the team is there to support.

To be fully transparent, we need everyone involved to take ownership over their part of the process. This means:

🎟️ Submissions: Issues, feature requests, and troubleshooting need to be documented in the chat widget so they’re tracked with timestamps and resolution notes.

🙋Follow-Ups: Any follow-up questions or escalations should also happen directly in the widget. This keeps everything centralized and removes the guesswork of “who said what, where.”

👍Documentation & SOPs: If there’s any process you need clarification on, I’m happy to provide step-by-step documentation so there’s full visibility on our end as well.

We’ve built out these structures to protect not just the partnership but the reputation and experience of your clients. This ensures when things are flagged, it’s handled swiftly, visibly, and with accountability from all sides.
