Final Offboarding Checklist

Export Your Assets & Data
  • Export all Contacts (CSV format)
  • Export Pipeline Deals and Notes
  • Download any Campaign Analytics and Scheduled Content
  • Screenshot any key Automation Workflows
Disable or Disconnect Features
  • Turn off all Active Automations
  • Cancel Scheduled Email/SMS Campaigns
  • Disconnect Calendars (Google, Outlook, Zoom)
  • Disable 2-Way Email Sync
  • Remove WhatsApp and Social Media Integrations
Deactivate Revenue & Payments
  • Disconnect any Stripe or PayPal accounts
  • Cancel all active Subscriptions inside your OS dashboard
Close Public Access Points
  • Archive Funnels, Websites, Forms, and Surveys
  • Remove or redirect Custom Domains
  • Remove access to Courses or Community Groups
Security & Permissions
  • Remove Team Members and User Roles
  • Revoke any API Key Access or Webhooks
Final Backup & Housekeeping
  • Download key SOPs, Email Templates, Scripts, and Forms
  • Save Billing Reports and important Settings Screenshots
  • Confirm with Support that your data is fully cleared if needed
