is instant form form slads funnel and website forms or chat widgets uploading lists or inbound calls slash somebody calling your company number um (02:11) if you want to hear what it sounds like I will just really quickly show you um I'm not sure GNA be able to hear that um exactly on this recording um but it's very it's humanik we have had 100% positive sentiment um I don't know if that's 100% true but uh I was just looking at some stats and it said 100% but I can't 100% take everything at uh what the the data is and so it's it's done really really really well I can tell you that much and you'll see that uh when you have your lists come in right you're uploading (02:52) them into your contacts and we've used it in these ways leads New Leads qualify book and confirm and old leads where we're going to follow up and reactivate okay and customers current customers welcoming them educating them reminding them to do specific actions and past customers whether it's reselling upselling down selling cross selling booking support calls um reactivating we're using it in all ways and so uh these 800 appointments came from instant form ads somebody filled out a form they were then asked to book on the calendar (03:31) and most people don't do that and so it was actually a follow-up automation uh where we called them and got them to schedule and you'll see um what that looks like here in a minute because I'm going to walk you through the AI automations which we have the outbound call right this is for people that are um they could in this in this case it's just it's triggered by a tag Okay so they could have submitted a form they could have just been tagged from your contacts view um they could have called your your company your number right and then (04:15) you're calling them right we have our call booked plus follow-up time call plus book plus follow-up and call back time given in this exact automation um we're calling I I believe we're calling two times times a day um it's absolutely incredible you're going to be able to save so much time so much money we worked with a company that um had uh employees calling and so we noticed that a lot of phones go to voicemail um and we also noticed that we can do serious volumes of calls to book appointments and we also noticed that (04:56) people are typically at work or they're in their car or they're doing something and they say hey call me back at 3 p.m. call me back at 5:00 P p.m. and in this automation the uh we're picking up on that and we're calling it's automatically putting it on the calendar automatically calling back at that time right uh everything is recorded contacts are automatically updated um everything's pushed to your pipelines and yeah it's pretty awesome so this one we're qualifying booking and and booking an iners appointment and this one it's just New (05:31) Leads right so um I use it in every way I possibly can I think it's absolutely awesome and the feedback that I get is I cannot believe that was an AI voice um again of course you have your AI message Chat someone customer or lead replies you can Bo and pick it up right I've used this personally to right in my Instagram DMS book a call that ended up turning into a client that ended up paying $3,000 a month month for five months uh for a project um on OS actually so you can have this hooked up it's it's in any reply channel so I mainly use it (06:14) for leads because um I like our little support chat widget in the bottom right for support uh looks crazy again there's like literally three things that you can click to customize it after adding your FAQs right that's all inside of your um Academy so Academy training um the AI bot and message bot is located in the top right this is where you're going to be able to watch that video fill in your um your FAQs and then uh the AI voice it's for our Platinum accounts and so you got to request it unless you have a platinum (06:51) account it'll actually show up on the bottom right our bottom leftand corner it's our voice AI um both of these are plugins right now um that we have vetted and have used and proven out um they're different uh than anything else out there because we notice that the bot has more capabilities is actually better and the voice is proven already to book a ton of appointments and so um we then really got to understand where are people coming in and what's the objective are they booking a call with you are they coming in from a form (07:26) or web page or a widget are you just uploading lists are they coming in from your ads or your your DM automations um where are they coming in and then what is your objective do you want to book a call do you want to just congratulate them do you want to um confirm an appointment that they're going to show up to an employment um do you want to uh check in whatever it is you're mainly just doing it where your leads and your customers you're calling your new leads calling your old leads and reacting activating them and then you (08:01) have your nurture educate and uh your current and past customers really the way I look at it and then yeah it's it's pretty freaking awesome so we have it so that you have your trainings let me come over here right chat messages outbound calls call back time given qualify and book in person appointment recordings right that you have this is all it is again it's all pre-built and you're only clicking a couple different things to change it and it's inside of your training we also give you the prompts we give you the (08:38) um yeah we give you we give you the prompts for The Voice um if you're a partner with us on OS we have we will deploy a done for you already voice agent into your account so it's already loaded with all the FAQs um Specialists on the team you know it's 30 minutes 15 30 minutes to set up the AI voice it's 1530 minutes to set up the AI message chat bot um it's then just being open-minded to being able to improve upon the foundations that you set um I love it because what what I what I actually really love most about it is is the results that we ended up getting um and with it before releasing this out because one it's it does come down to your business and the problem that (09:53) you're solving in this case we were working with a dentist um and we were able to they have that's a hair on fire problem that's very tangible problem very tangible result someone's tooth hurts they need to get a cavity fixed they need to get veneers they need to get their teeth whitened like that is a tangible problem there is not a ton of Education that needs to go into that and there's not like a ton of [Music] um you know there's yeah you don't have to like convince somebody that they need to get their uh their tooth fixed and so (10:29) it made it a lot easier and so some of these things may or may not work just because of like the problem that you're solving or your offer or your business um I just say that because uh they might need more you might need to have a t more tangible result um or problem that you're solving uh to get some of these volumes of results it's never really the system I've found it's never really the people it's most likely the offer uh the problem that you're solving uh and the way that leads are coming in and I just (11:02) wanted to share that just so we're on the same page as we deploy this um system together and of course my team can do this for you we have pre-built AI kits where we can turn this live for you no problem um just in case you want to delegate I always had a team always delegate it's not this is not something that I'm saying this is really just if you want to do it faster and easier um yeah that's the way to do it so in this case we're just calling we call two times a day for five days and we move them down the opportunity pipeline as (11:38) well so you have your opportunity Pipeline with your uh leads they opt in right and they're moving down we're scoring them as well and oh my favorite part about this was someone would come in from ads right they wouldn't book on the calendar we would then text them and email them every day 2:21different softwares to run their2:22business not only that they got to pay a2:24team not only that they got to zap them2:25all together I used to do that as part2:28of my Services my high ticket services2:31for my clients I used to build out all2:33of their sales leads and client systems2:36in 11 different softwares and zap them2:38all together right and I would be paid2:41anywhere from 5,000 most likely $5,0002:44per month and I was building I would I2:47was building 10 businesses per month at2:49a time because systems are really the2:52only way to scale and it is a big2:55problem uh that's a hair on fire problem2:58people are like I want to make more2:59money I'm stuck doing everything3:01nothing's automated and my hair is3:03basically on fire because I can't figure3:05it out and so that's an already existing3:08desire I believe that it was the great3:11direct response copywriters Gary Halbert3:13who says was it Gary Halbert in the Gary3:16Halbert letters where he talks about3:20giving the example of and I I'll give3:22you I'll give you the example where if3:24you were a restaurant owner what would3:26be the one thing that you would want to3:28have to to scale right to build a3:31successful3:32restaurant and uh when he was giving3:34this talk he was talking about how3:35people would say I want to have the best3:38cheeseburger I'd want to have the best3:39ingredients I'd want to have the secret3:40sauce you know I'd want to have the best3:42interior design I'd want to have the3:44best staff right whatever that is and he3:49went on to say you know what I would3:51want to have I would want to have a3:54hungry line of customers around the3:58block that is what we're looking for4:02when in terms of the problems that we're4:04looking to solve it's an already4:06existing desire people are already4:08hungry he doesn't have to create the4:10desire of hunger so he's just harnessing4:12that right and he is solving that with4:16his his restaurant in that example and4:19so too many times I remember when I
4:23was a small partner in a accelerator and4:26incubator in the greater New York City4:28area New York New Jersey actually was4:31the first business that I was Partners4:32in with you know one of my best friends4:35and mentors and leaders Gerard Adams we4:37did a lot of business together he had4:39just sold his company for $50 million4:41and I had just dropped out of college4:43and just started to skill up and stack4:46skills so that I can be valuable and add4:49value to the company that we we ended up4:51building called Founders and we had4:54thousand plus people com in through our4:55doors it was an inperson accelerator4:57somewhat like a wework where5:00basically he would be investing in5:02companies and we would be putting them5:04through a 12we accelerator where we5:06would help them go from seed to scale5:09and people would always be talking about5:13all of these solutions to things that5:16didn't have really any problem5:17underneath it that it was solving it was5:19an idea it was more like a kind of like5:22a trinket kind of thing that was5:23happening where people were just having5:26these ideas that they thought were so5:27cool and then just getting confirm5:29evidence that their idea was great5:31because people were too afraid to tell5:32them that their idea sucks and that's5:36then ends up people end up like raising5:38money and they end up failing because5:39they haven't they're not solving a5:41concrete problem right only a few ideas5:45end up taking off and funny enough one5:47of them actually came into those through5:49those doors which was the fidget5:50Spinners where we had invested to that5:53company you know little spinny spinny5:56Wheels the fidget Spinners and it was6:00impossible to get a patent on it it6:01would had have been 12 months 14 months6:03because there was already something6:04similar and it took off next month we6:07were doing like it was like $400,000 in6:08a month and then it plummeted pretty6:10quick the following month and we got out6:12of it because it just was then in the
6:15next bod dega on the side of the you6:17know corner of the street I mean it was6:19everywhere fidget Spinners it started6:21because of the marketing Capital that we6:24invested at that time and so it's like a6:27one in a million kind of thing where you6:28have an idea where it's like like what6:30the heck um and that's what most people6:31are doing that's why they and then6:33they're upset about the results that6:35they don't have it's because no one6:39understands quite clearly like your6:43problem that you're solving for them and6:45that's why you have to have all of these6:47long sales calls and all these pitches6:50the problem that I solve right the6:51problems that I've always solved has6:53always been systems and Staffing and6:56software because I believe that a6:59underneath all businesses there's7:00technology there's software there's7:02systems and there's staff there's team7:04and so that's been the Holy Grail of the7:06problems that I've solved because it's7:08I'm already tapping into desires7:09everyone that I've spoken to wants7:11better systems they want an easier7:13simpler software and they want people to7:14do it for them and so it's all starts7:18with a problem that you're solving it's7:20not about just you know it's not about7:22the promise that you're making even7:23though that's important to have a7:25results oriented and tangible promise7:28right where it's like you know how to7:30get back 40 hours per week of your time7:33by um hiring virtual assistance that was7:36you know pretty much one of the7:38headlines and offers that I was making7:39in the marketplace and I was still7:43tapping into an already existing Desire7:45with that company and that brand and7:47I've always been obsessed about solving7:50the problem for entrepreneurs it's how7:51come I've evolved so many times is I've7:53always been obsessed with solving the7:55software Staffing and systems problem7:57because I want to make sure that8:00it gets solved all the way through and8:01we're not told smoke and mirrors type of
8:04messaging online where you're going to8:05make a million dollars in a month and8:07you're going to be able to 10x in two8:08days and you're one funnel away I don't8:11believe that unless you have really sat8:16down and figured out very clearly what8:19the problem is that you're solving and8:20the promises that you're making and the8:23process that is producing those results8:27meaning the framework the unique8:29mechanism the methodology the three8:31steps to XYZ outcome right in my case8:34with the VA company I'll give that as an8:37example everyone was talking about8:38hiring a virtual assistant so saw that I8:42was like okay cool I'm going to tap into8:43the existing desire of wanting a VA not8:45only that I was building systems and I8:47needed to scale so I started hiring8:49virtual assistance myself then I was8:52like cool promise save 40 hours a week8:55cool process it was four it was fully8:58trained team templatized9:00um I forget the other two but it was9:02four it was a four-step process that end9:05up basically taking everything off of9:07their plate and making it so simple to9:11scale as well as deliver results now you9:15can pretty much sell like crazy and9:18convert like crazy when you just have a9:19good problem that you're solving a good9:21promise and tangible promise that you're9:22uh making and a process that delivers9:25the results right in the example of the9:28software problem saves a bunch of time9:30saves a buch of money has all the9:31pre-built systems right to scale9:34promises are insane because and they're9:36super tangible because we have already9:39backed out the software with all of the9:42proof right I don't usually launch9:44anything until I have a lot of proof9:46that it works whether I've done it9:47myself or I have case studies so that I9:49can make claims and back them up for9:52example we have driven 10 like 10,0009:57people have went through an Instagram on9:59our platform and got sent ebooks and got10:02added to lists right so now I can go and10:06target people who have the problem of
10:08automating their Instagram profiles or10:10not automating them or not getting leads10:12from their social media profiles and10:13it's like how to get a sale a day which10:16would be the promise how to get a sale a10:18day from your Instagram profile using10:21our automated three-step or automated10:25Instagram system that's the10:27process that's sent out 7,000 ebooks10:31last week right on demand so problem is10:36your problems that you're usually10:37solving some you've probably picked up10:40on a couple today are usually leads10:43sales customers clients delivery scale10:47right if you're targeting problems like10:49leads for example how to book 5010:53appointments per week right so now I'm10:57solving the lead generation problem10:58there10:59lead gen problem is they don't have11:02enough leads how how to book 5011:03qualified appointments per11:05week right using AI now that's my11:10process just and uh11:13in and and set it up in under an hour11:16right and uh the proof is is that we've11:20actually booked 800 appointments using11:22our AI system and that we've driven over11:24$100,000 in Revenue with our a phone11:27calls and chat system and so problem11:30leads promise appointments process AI11:33system proof results and that's the11:36another benefit of being on the OS11:38platform is that you can use this proof11:40because essentially we're one big giant11:42Global uh partner team uh where we're11:45all repping the same brand and the same11:48results and so we're on the same team11:52right so it's just like if I hired11:53someone else it's like we're kind of11:55we're partnering that's kind of how it11:56works so you get to solve hair on fire11:59problem problems with the OS platform12:00make great promises follow a proven12:03process and we already have the undi12:06undeniable proof that backs it12:08up which then leads to your price points12:12so your price12:14points I can say I mean they're going to12:18vary so we already know what works for
12:21the platform in the OS for the high12:22ticket systems I've charged anywhere12:24from,12:251500 to $7,500 per month right you're12:29usually pricing your mid tick uh well12:34your high ticket offer your high ticket12:36systems offer uh if you're following the12:38scalable model which is in another video12:41right anywhere between $1,500 to $7,50012:44per month my sweet spot has always been12:461500 to 2500 it is a no-brainer12:50investment people are not waking up12:52every morning trying to figure out how12:54to cut that out of their business12:56because you better believe if you're an12:57agency owner or a service provider or12:59you're providing anything that's over13:00$1,000 per month that people are13:03thinking about how they save and cut13:05expenses and if you're not absolutely13:09solving the best and biggest problem13:12then you could potentially be at risk of13:15not having that client anymore and so13:18you can also charge higher prices again13:20I've charged a wide range anywhere from13:22zero like free to $100,000 I've made in13:25offers and converted at all of them and13:28it us usually depends on the problem13:30that you're solving the more hair on13:32fire the problem the more done for you13:35it uh it13:37requires and the more the harder the13:40problem and the more specific it is like13:43leads13:44sales AI appointment setting and systems13:47building you can charge I've seen people13:48charging $15,000 for just a build out13:51we've had someone sell $100,000 package13:54um for the stuff that's inside of the OS13:56platform and that was to a gigantic13:58company14:00that has a big team and there's a lot of14:02work that goes into that that's14:03systemization that's templates that's14:05training that's adoption from their team14:08right it's a multi-on long contract and14:11it's a high price because it solves a14:13great problem it's a great promise it's14:15a great platform in process tons of14:18proof of us already doing it the price
14:19goes up because there's so much time and14:21commitment understanding of that14:23person's business right I usually charge14:26higher prices based on how much either14:29person access or how much stuff I have14:30to do or how much time it takes for me14:34to understand that person's business I14:36also usually don't work with anyone that14:37doesn't solve hair on fire problems14:39because I've had people use systems that14:42I've built or want to work with us and14:45they don't solve a tangible enough14:47problem so when I give them a sales14:48system that's closed 500 High ticket14:50clients and they're wondering why the14:52Sales Systems not working it's because14:54they don't have any leads and two14:55because nobody wants their offer because14:57they're not solving a hair on fire14:59intangible problem it's never it's never15:02anything outside usually of like that's15:04creating the the problems in your15:07business usually you're not solving a15:09tangible enough problem in the first15:10place and so got to go inwards got to15:14really15:15reflect right that leads me to my last15:17pieces which is the person that you're15:20targeting your product types and your15:22phrases right your phrases and are power15:26words and the sentences and the way in15:29which your brand is basically formulated15:31meaning irresistible offer blueprint is15:35a phrase right that's that's something15:37that we have coined that's a good name15:39that's powerful words irresistible offer15:41and blueprint 1 M good power word hair15:44on fire like these are your copyrighting15:46principles right these are the taglines15:50like scaling Made Simple on OS SCA uh15:53save time save money uh scale fast right15:56that is the phrases that you're using to15:59enter into the minds and the hearts of16:01your ideal client and customers which16:04then leads me into your person person to16:07me is the least important part of this16:09whole equation we I believe we totally16:11have been taught backwards it it becomes16:14always a block with anybody that ever16:15consulted or any companies that I've
16:17built the person usually becomes the16:19main focus everyone's saying ideal16:21client profiles ideal client avatars16:23Niche down niches all this stuff it's16:25like I'm anti- AAL client anti- Niche16:28anti- person16:29I am the complete opposite where it's16:31all about the problem that you're16:32solving because it's really really hard16:35you just there's so many different16:37people that you're if you just speak to16:40the problem the people are going to that16:42have that problem are going to come to16:43you like I give you an example a dentist16:47right when we have the AI voice and the16:50phone calls in the chat I didn't know16:51that I was going to be working with a16:52dentist I just said that we solved this16:54problem and then a dentist signed up16:56right and then I say I solve this16:58problem and then an agency owner signs17:00up and then a coach signs up and then a17:02uh a a roof roofing business a17:05construction like this is that's what I17:07mean it's the problems that you're17:09solving leads sales customers are hair17:12on fire and they're tangible that you17:14can provide a high ticket system and a17:16high ticket service for for examp17:18another example of a problem versus a17:20person would be like hey I know what's a17:24funny example like hey coaches um I'm17:27not even going to do that I'm going to17:29say I build premium $10,000 websites17:31that you can get for a grand right that17:34is now awesome so I've just now made a17:38people that want a premium website for17:41quick and easy you know they that is now17:44solving the problem for websites I'm not17:45going to Niche down with that and so my17:49websites though I might I might have to17:50charge $10,000 for even though you do17:53get them for free when you're a partner17:55inside of the OS platform the one I just17:58made17:59man learn the skill of design absolutely18:02pumped um and inspired by the almighty18:06Steve Jobs because when he started he18:08had to learn the skill of calligraphy18:10that's how we ended up with apple fonts
18:12and so when I read that and I was18:13getting frustrated with learning the18:14skill of design I kept pushing18:17onwards because it turned out to be a18:20great result and a total side note where18:26the last part of this is product18:29product is like when you're looking at18:31the scalable model that is your free18:34assets your low ticket offers your mid-18:37tick offers your high ticket offers the18:39different types the ways in which you18:40deliver your product for example a18:43calculator could be a product type it's18:45a it could be a free asset for me I've18:48done a 10K Mr calculator right the18:52problem is that person does not know how18:54to yet get to 10K a month the promise is18:57by the end of this calculator you're18:58you're going to be able to get the 10K a19:00month process is use the calendar or19:03calculator the proof is that I've helped19:06do that hundreds of times and the price19:08is19:09free the person non-existent the phrases19:12is 10K Mr because I'm all about monthly19:15recurring revenue and the product is a19:17calculator so that would be an offer so19:19it's like how19:21to get to 10K a month with as little19:26clients as humanly possible19:29as well as in just an hour a day of work19:33right and they can just check out the19:35calculator and you can run your19:37projections that is how you can start to19:40create offers in the marketplace see it19:43as a way in which we get to better serve19:49the people that we want to work with19:50attracting you know the easy lucrative19:52and fun clients and repelling the hard19:54annoying lame SL lucrative and19:57frustrating clients right in half versus20:00from Jo Jo spenza another great name Joe20:03polish the genius Network right I think20:08that our offers are the things that end20:10up attracting the right and wrong types20:13of clients and if you've had bad clients20:17and if you've had to fire clients in the20:19past or if you have clients right now20:21that you need to fire it usually starts20:23with the expectations that you're
